Good to know

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. If your parcel is returned to us undelivered, we'll be in touch, but re-delivery costs will need to be covered by you. And if Royal Mail leaves a card, please collect within their timeframe — uncollected parcels returned to us will also incur a re-delivery charge.
