RETURNS & REFUNDS

Not feeling them? Rare — but we get it. Here's how to sort a return, no drama.

How to return

  • Email us at hello@wearedukesboots.com within 14 days of receiving your boots.
  • We'll come back to you within 2 business days with confirmation and a returns slip.
  • Fill in the slip, pop it in the parcel with your boots, and send them back within 7 days of getting that confirmation.
  • Boots must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured service — we can't take responsibility for items lost or damaged on the way back to us.
  • The returns address is on your returns slip.

Refunds

  • Once we've received your return, refunds are processed within 14 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Original postage costs are non-refundable — your refund covers the item(s) only.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Klarna orders are subject to a £7 return processing fee, deducted from your refund. This covers Klarna's non-refundable transaction costs.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges right now. If you need a different size or style, return your pair for a refund and place a new order. Easy.

Returning from outside the UK?

Please clearly mark your parcel 'RETURNED GOODS' and tick the 'Return Goods' option on your customs declaration form — this avoids any import charges being applied. Duke's Boots is not responsible for any customs charges incurred on returns.

Good to know

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt and sent back within 7 days of confirmation — if either deadline is missed, we may have to refuse the return.
  • Please pack your boots carefully so neither the boots nor the box get damaged in transit.
  • Any return that doesn't meet the above criteria may be refused and sent back to you.
