RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to issue you with a refund within 14 days of receipt.
ONLINE RETURNS
- Email us at hello@wearedukesboots.com within 14 days of receipt of your boots and we will provide confirmation within 2 business days along with a returns slip.
- Fill in your returns slip with the requested details and include this in the parcel with your returned items. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation.
- Please pack all items in original condition and packaging, unworn and with all tags in place.
- We recommend sending your return back via a tracked service and retaining this tracking information so you can follow the parcel back to us. The returns address is located on the returns slip.
- Typically when an order is refunded, it can take up to 14 business days for those funds to be credited back to the customer.
- Klarna orders are subject to a £7 return processing fee, which is deducted from your refund. This fee covers Klarna’s non-refundable transaction costs.

- All returned items must be in original, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.)
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to damage the items or the branded boot box.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation. If this deadline is missed, the return may be refused and returned to you.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. Your refund will not include the original postage cost and will only issued for the price of the item(s).
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured service.
- If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', and ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes from being applied.
- Duke's Boots is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
