OUR FACTORY
Made right. Or not at all.
We make Duke's boots with one factory. One. Chosen because they care about the same things we do — the people making them, the materials going into them, and the world they're made in.
Every pair is crafted to last. That means no shortcuts at any point in the process — from the leather we source to the hands that build them.
What that looks like in practice
Our leathers are Leather Working Group certified to gold standard — the most rigorous independent audit of environmental and ethical practice in the leather supply chain. That covers everything from energy and water usage to worker safety and chemical management.
Our factory undergoes SMETA audits — the global benchmark for ethical manufacturing — and consistently exceeds industry standards across fair pay, working hours, health and safety, and environmental responsibility.
